The Town of Plainville offers 3 Harvard Pilgrim Health Care medical insurance offerings for staff working 20+ hours per week. To enroll or make changes during open enrollment, or for a qualifying life event, please complete the enrollment form below.

For full time employees opting out of coverage, with confirmation of alternate coverage, a health mitigation stipend of $1,800/single and $4,000/family coverage is offered annually.
