Readworks
Although this is more of a classroom tool, there are some students who may work on assignments for ESL here as well. I have 4th, 5th, and 6th grade classes assigned. Please e-mail me for class codes or passwords.
Common Lit
On this site, texts can be read in English and translation is provided to many different languages. Vocabulary supports are available as well. Although I do not have all students assigned to this, let me know if this is a resource you are interested in using.

This resource has books written in so many different language. Practice reading in both English and a home language.
