Hello and welcome! My name is Camille Schulman and this is my sixth year teaching in Plainville. I graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2014 with my Bachelor of Science in Education as a dual major in Elementary Education and Mathematics. Then in 2015, I graduated again from BSU with my Masters in Special Education Moderate Disabilities PreK-8. (I loved Bridgewater so much I stayed for 5 years! Go Bears!) My passion for education started when my eccentric third grade teacher inspired my love for learning and teaching. Ever since, I have worked hard to reach my goal of becoming a teacher. But the hard work doesn't stop here...I'm lucky enough to be in a profession that constantly stretches my mind. I'm also surrounded by colleagues, parents, a community and students who teach me new information each and every day!
I grew up on the beautiful beaches of Cape Cod and I still absolutely love spending as much time as I can at the beach. My favorite summer activity is rollerblading down the Cape Cod Canal. I currently live in Norton with my two cats, Bella and Reagan. In the summer, spring, and fall I am able to satisfy my passion for hiking-- I'm trying to hike the highest point in all 50 states. So far, I have completed 8 out of 50! In the winter, I recently began exploring the world of snowshoeing. I also love baking (as well as eating whatever I baked) and knitting.
