I am happy to announce that I have something special for you! I wanted to provide all my Plainville Families with some at home PE activities and resources. Click on the 'PE at Home' link below and enjoy these awesome resources I have been researching. I will be sure to post as often as I can and I am very excited about sharing these ideas with you! Definitely check back soon!
Many of these activities can be used as fun movement breaks or even at least 30 minutes of active time. Remember, 60 minutes is the recommended amount of daily Physical Activity. Feel free to do more - I find myself breaking up our movement breaks throughout the day. Plus, these are seriously fun to do!
It is hard to believe that I will not see you for some time, but know that I am thinking of all of you! Exercising is a perfect way to get and stay healthy, boost brain power and stamina and enjoy with your families! Enjoy and let me know what you think!

Good Morning! Have you ever heard of The Body Coach? If not, you should check this out! Coach Joe has the exact same philosophy about why exercise is a huge part of our day. I want all of you to love being active as much as I do!
He has a really cool accent, too and I love that even in another part of our world, exercises are the same as what we do. Kids all over the globe are joining in to have P.E. with Joe! I challenge you to try this with me daily and let me know what you think!
