Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Amy Antunovic, MS SLP-CCC

I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Emerson College.  While at Emerson, I had the privilege of completing an undergraduate internship at the VA Hospital in Jamaica Plain.  Two years later, I earned my Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Columbia University. As a Graduate Clinician, I gained experience through practicum placements at facilities throughout NYC including The Kennedy Child Study Center, Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, The Jewish Home and Hospital for the Aged and The Edward D. Mysak Clinic for Communication Disorders at Columbia University Teachers College.  After graduation, I had the pleasure of working with children during my Clinical Fellowship Year at the Northern Westchester Center for Speech Disorders.  I am certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure.   For eight years, I provided speech and language therapy and service coordination for young children through Early Intervention.  I am also a business owner.  In 2008, I joined the Plainville Public Schools and I enjoy working with the students of Plainville each and every day!
