Unit 3 Fundations instruction focuses on digraphs. Digraphs are two consonants that create a unique sound in words (ex: /th/ in “math”, /sh/ in “shop”). Students will be completing activities centered on both phoneme segmentation and blending with these new sounds.Below is a pool of words that students could be tested on during Unit 3 of Fundations:
